The new logo for the Office of Government Commerce (part of the UK Treasury Department), was saying more than it intended. After this, I bet they felt like pubescent boy in gym class.

It’s amazing what can be done in such short time. Elena concepted and designed this in 3 1/2 days.
“The goal was to turn a product from Ikea cheap, into high-end boutique. And that’s what I did. This inexpensive potpourri bowl and stand valued at $6.95, could now easily be sold for over $20 - all this with limited, eco-friendly packaging. The recycled wood strip acts as both the package top, and as an orange passion emitting test strip. Additionally, the stylish hat-box design can be re-pur posed for use on the counter top for beauty product storage.”

Let me know who would win in a fight. Kung Fu Bear or Rainbow Bear? This is the ultimate “furry” battle! The winner wins an autographed photo (see above photo).
That’s me the shadow figure. Guess I’m not too photogenic. This was taken during Advertising Week 2007 in New York. My first time there - it was funtastic! I stayed at the Pod Hotel (it’s like an upscale hostel). I just ran across this photo, so I thought I’d share it with my 1.5 blog readers.

At the Benjamin Moore shoot there was grape jelly, a girl in a teddy, a telescope and smashed up Matchbox cars. Basically, just a normal day in the neighborhood.
I’ve turned my desk into an independent country. It’s called Werdland. It’s a country where words can live free from the confines of the medium. People say, “Nobody reads the copy.” Well, in Werdland, everything is the copy. But it’s okay though, because every sentence is always perfectly constructed.

This is the flag they wave proudly! Those crazy werdonians.
